The Rough Steps for the Dodge mounts to the rocker panel to existing holes in the body. We test fit them up to the 3500 models. If the hole locations are the same on the 5500 they will install fine. You can look at the instructions on our site before purchasing. Look for DZ15336. This is the bracket kit part number.
